①從官方網站上預約的乘客,不收取取消費用
②從旅行社預約的乘客,本公司會發行不乘船證明書
③從JR九州綠色窗口購票的乘客,本公司會發行不乘船證明書

【About cancellation】

The cancellation policy for the target boarding date [March 13 (Fri)-April 23 (Thu)] is as follows.
①There is no cancellation fee for bookings made from the official website.

②For passengers who book from a travel agent, we give you a certificate not to take a boat.

③We will issue a certificate of non-boarding for customers who have already purchased from JR Kyushu Midorinomadoguchi.
